Build and ship early-stage software products for Watershed’s climate and ESG platform. The role involves collaborating with pilot customers, shaping product vision, working cross-functionally with platform teams, learning the climate domain, and rapidly iterating on solutions. Engineers will help determine when to leverage existing platform capabilities versus building independently, while contributing to long-term platform direction and market expansion.

Own the operational backbone for Customer Success, Sustainability Advisory, Services, and Support. Build customer operating models, forecasting systems, capacity plans, health scoring, reporting, and AI-driven workflows. Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition through implementation and adoption, partnering with Customer, Product, Data, Sales, and Finance leadership. The role requires hands-on GTM operations expertise, strong Salesforce and analytical skills, customer success fluency, and the ability to influence without authority.

Build and operate GTM systems and applied-AI for CRM, CPQ, call intelligence, lead routing, outbound activation, and agent orchestration. Leads and scales Watershed’s globally distributed Solutions organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role owns team hiring, coaching, structure, processes, and performance while partnering with Sales, Product, Security, and Customer leadership. Responsibilities include improving win rates, proof-of-concept success, attach rates, and quota attainment; optimizing the B2B SaaS sales motion; supporting executive customer engagements; and representing Watershed across global markets.

Build performant, tested, maintainable software across the stack, with primary ownership of frontend architecture for complex financial-institution applications. Collaborate with Design and Design Engineering to deliver consistent user experiences, lead UI/UX practices, mentor teammates, and establish frontend quality standards. The role focuses on customizing a sustainability platform for financial entities, data quality metrics, and regulatory reporting needs.

Lead end-to-end strategic partnerships: identify and onboard ecosystem partners (consultants and SIs), negotiate terms, drive partner-sourced sales pipeline, own partner success, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Legal and Finance to influence GTM and revenue outcomes.

Lead end-to-end implementations for complex strategic accounts, from discovery and milestone planning through delivery and wrap-up. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, deliver customer enablement, and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs. Partner with product and engineering teams to surface customer insights and build scalable implementation playbooks, tools, and processes.

The GTM Enablement Manager will enhance sales performance by implementing training, coaching, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role requires relevant experience in sales enablement within B2B SaaS environments and involves cross-functional collaboration.

Design end-to-end for a Sustainability Platform team: discover product opportunities, build vision and strategy, iterate using customer feedback and analytics, partner with engineering/product/design and go-to-market, and leverage AI in the design process to deliver intuitive enterprise software experiences that help customers measure, report, and decarbonize.

Build and ship full‑stack features that turn Watershed's data layer into an intelligence platform: interactive visualizations, unified carbon data APIs, ingestion tools, and financial‑sector reporting features while collaborating with product, design, climate science, and data science.

The Staff Software Engineer will lead frontend development, ensuring high-quality code, collaborating on design, and mentoring others in UI/UX practices for financial institutions.
