Lead end-to-end implementations for complex strategic accounts, from discovery and milestone planning through delivery and wrap-up. Serve as the primary customer contact, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, manage risks and dependencies, deliver customer enablement, and develop creative solutions to meet customer needs. Partner with product and engineering teams to surface customer insights and build scalable implementation playbooks, tools, and processes.

Advise enterprise clients on corporate sustainability strategies, decarbonization, target-setting, and regulatory and voluntary reporting. Translate frameworks and regulations into actionable guidance, lead strategic client engagements, and inform product and service development to scale sustainability impact.

The GTM Enablement Manager will enhance sales performance by implementing training, coaching, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with Sales and Customer Success teams. This role requires relevant experience in sales enablement within B2B SaaS environments and involves cross-functional collaboration.
