Leads the firm's internal IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, endpoint management, identity and access systems, vendor relationships, technology lifecycle, and remote workforce support. Oversees Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, device deployment, patching, compliance, incident response, onboarding and offboarding processes, technology policies, and strategic technology planning. Partners with leadership on security reviews, automation, AI tools, disaster recovery, and technology projects while independently resolving technical issues and building scalable IT operations.

Lead data engineering initiatives that build scalable warehouses, pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, dashboards, and automated reporting workflows. Translate finance and operational needs into reliable data solutions, implement governance and quality practices, and support integrations, migrations, acquisitions, and system enhancements across portfolio companies. Partner directly with finance, accounting, analytics, and operational stakeholders to improve decision-making.

The Senior Associate will provide FP&A services, enhancing processes and results for portfolio companies through data-driven analyses, financial modeling, and collaborative relationships.
