The role requires independent project execution, client relationship management, and experience with commercial, healthcare, laboratory, life sciences, telecommunications, or mission-critical facilities.

Design and support electrical building systems, including power, lighting, fire alarms, and related components. Ensure code compliance, prepare drawings and specifications, estimate costs, support construction administration, oversee testing and commissioning, troubleshoot issues, and conduct field investigations. Collaborate with architects, engineers, technical leaders, and project teams while incorporating energy-efficient solutions and managing design standards, workload, and project scope.

Leads complex mechanical engineering projects from scope definition through completion with minimal oversight. Responsibilities include developing studies and schematic designs, analyzing existing systems, applying building codes, coordinating project documents, managing budgets and contractor payments, supervising multidisciplinary design teams, and mentoring junior engineers. The role also requires client interaction, quality assurance, technical leadership, and managing multiple concurrent projects.
