Freelance Video Editor creating social, digital advertising, and web video assets from existing footage and licensed stock. Responsibilities include advanced editing, motion graphics, charts, text overlays, animation, and translating complex financial concepts into engaging visual narratives. The editor will collaborate remotely with an in-house creative team to support brand evolution and maintain visual consistency across platforms.

Own end-to-end paid social acquisition campaigns, including planning, budgeting, platform buying, optimization, reporting, and performance analysis. Develop strategies across major social platforms, make data-informed bidding and targeting decisions, and advise stakeholders on campaign effectiveness and growth opportunities. The role requires presenting results to senior leaders, managing multiple campaigns, and serving as the subject-matter expert for paid social performance.

Lead a two-month audit and redesign of local, regional, and national media strategy for a multi-location home services brand. Analyze TV, CTV, video, paid search, and paid social performance across markets; reconcile attribution and measurement data; identify investment and sales misalignments; and deliver a staged test-and-transition roadmap. Present recommendations to marketing leaders, franchise operators, and incumbent partners while protecting lead flow and near-term revenue.
