Build reusable integrations between Wealth.com and financial custodians, applying systems and security expertise in regulated environments. Support deployments, credential and key rotation, incident response, audits, compliance reviews, and client cutovers. The role requires calm, precise troubleshooting and communication with banking clients during high-stakes production and regulatory events.

Lead end-to-end design for an AI-native wealth management product: frame ambiguous needs, prototype with real AI, simplify dense financial and legal data into effortless advisor experiences, ship high-fidelity work, and raise design quality across the team as a senior individual contributor.

Build and operate Wealth.com’s People programs and systems, including onboarding, performance management, compensation, leveling, dashboards, and workforce analytics. Partner closely with the Chief People Officer, use AI and automation to streamline operations, launch programs through their first cycles, create runbooks, and transition mature programs to the People Operations team.
