Lead and optimize the MDS assessment process to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant PDPM/RUGS reimbursement. Audit MDS submissions, train clinical teams, improve documentation workflows, respond to audits and regulatory inquiries, and track performance metrics to drive clinical and financial outcomes.

Provide executive leadership for all nursing operations in a post-acute/long-term care setting. Set clinical standards, ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness, lead quality improvement, oversee staffing and retention, manage nursing leadership teams, monitor clinical outcomes and risk, and resolve high-level clinical and operational escalations.
