Own the acquisition of high-profile speakers for Web Summit events, managing talent pipelines from research and outreach through negotiation, confirmation, and delivery. Build relationships with speakers, agents, managers, publicists, and senior stakeholders; track conversion and performance data; identify strategic opportunities; and coordinate logistics for confirmed talent. The role requires strong knowledge of the technology ecosystem, persuasive communication, discretion, organization, and international travel.
