Qualify and convert leads into demos by contacting decision makers via phone, email, and web chat; respond to real-time signups; meet monthly quotas; support marketing campaigns; represent the WebPT brand; and collaborate with sales to schedule product demonstrations.

Identify, qualify, and close new single-provider clinic opportunities for healthcare SaaS products. Conduct outbound and inbound lead engagement, deliver virtual product demonstrations, manage CRM pipelines, meet sales quotas, and collaborate with marketing and customer success. The role requires consultative selling, solution recommendations, accurate activity tracking, and customer feedback sharing. It is an entry-level, remote-friendly SaaS sales position focused on physical therapy and healthcare clients.

Review, correct, and rebill medical claims to obtain contractual reimbursement; research claim status and denials; perform appeals; communicate with patients and insurers; meet SLA productivity and quality metrics; adhere to HIPAA and submit process improvement suggestions.
