Lead financial controls, regulatory reporting, and process improvement for a digital brokerage’s Finance organization. Oversee Rule 15c3-3 reserve calculations, support SOX testing and financial statement audits, partner with auditors and regulators, and improve control effectiveness and operational efficiency. The role also supports regulatory initiatives and special projects while collaborating across Finance, Operations, Compliance, and external audit teams.

Directs the development and daily operation of futures and prediction-market trading infrastructure. Responsibilities include self-clearing initiatives, trade routing, exchange and clearing connectivity, back-office processing, production readiness, trade-flow monitoring, issue escalation, margin and liquidation oversight, account risk management, and coordination with clearing firms, risk, compliance, and operations teams. The role supports 24/7 trading operations and requires hands-on futures infrastructure-building experience.

The role involves managing financial operations, liquidity, and regulatory compliance within a brokerage environment, focusing on cash flow, capital calculations, and operational support.
