Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 and identity (Azure AD/Entra ID), manage endpoint tools (Intune, Jamf Pro), support office network infrastructure, serve as Tier 3 escalation for Helpdesk, automate tasks with PowerShell, respond to security incidents, run phishing simulations, and lead IT projects and vendor engagements.
