Directs the development and daily operation of futures and prediction-market trading infrastructure. Responsibilities include self-clearing initiatives, trade routing, exchange and clearing connectivity, back-office processing, production readiness, trade-flow monitoring, issue escalation, margin and liquidation oversight, account risk management, and coordination with clearing firms, risk, compliance, and operations teams. The role supports 24/7 trading operations and requires hands-on futures infrastructure-building experience.

Lead and enhance Webull Advisors’ investment adviser compliance program. Responsibilities include maintaining policies and controls, assessing regulatory changes, determining compliance of proposed activities, managing examinations and audits, preparing regulatory reports, creating procedures, educating stakeholders, reviewing marketing materials under the SEC Marketing Rule, conducting annual Rule 206(4)-7 reviews, and overseeing personal securities trading and the Code of Ethics.

Manage accounts payable across multiple entities, including reviewing and approving vendor invoices, reconciling statements, resolving discrepancies, maintaining vendor records, processing employee expenses, issuing payments, and protecting sensitive financial information. The role also improves AP processes, coordinates approvals and documentation, and collaborates with internal teams and vendors.
