Manage end-to-end procurement contract lifecycle: draft, review, negotiate, and execute NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and order forms. Maintain contract repository, coordinate internal reviews with legal, security, finance and procurement, provide stakeholder guidance, prepare summaries and risk analyses, and improve templates, workflows, and compliance processes across jurisdictions.

Drive new business through prospecting, discovery calls, demos, and proposals. Partner with account executives, manage renewals and upsells, hit revenue targets, and represent the company at events and conferences.

Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise AI/ML and GenAI programs from POC to production. Manage global engineering and data teams, LLM applications (RAG, agents, copilots), data science deployments, and AI-driven automation. Drive program governance, KPIs, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and ensure timely, cost-efficient, high-quality delivery.
