Teams at Weflow

Lead and build Weflow's US sales motion from NYC: hire and coach AEs, drive new business revenue, close enterprise deals, define the US sales playbook, manage pipeline and forecasts with MEDDPICC, partner with Marketing/RevOps/Product, and represent the company at events. Regular customer travel and occasional travel to Berlin HQ required.

Drive new business in a greenfield East Coast territory for Weflow's Revenue AI platform. Own full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to close, run technical demos, build account plans, engage senior executives, and self-source the majority of pipeline. Role is remote with up to 20% travel.
