Provide high-level administrative and technical support to attorneys: manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle high-volume phone and client interactions, prepare and proofread legal documents, enter time via 3E, perform internet research, and maintain paper and electronic files.

Integrate and manage productivity applications, design secure deployments, perform end-to-end testing, troubleshoot escalations, coordinate vendors, and drive enterprise-scale projects and performance/security monitoring.

Designs, develops, tests, and deploys Windows and web applications across the full software lifecycle. Provides escalated support, conducts buy-vs-build analysis, manages project scope/timelines, and trains users. Participates in testing and implementation, researches new technologies, and completes special projects as assigned.

Lead lateral recruiting for associate and counsel hires: manage full lifecycle recruiting, coordinate interviews and onboarding, liaise with search firms, maintain candidate records and recruiting materials, support law school and summer associate programs, and assist Senior Director of Legal Recruiting.

Support client accounting by implementing and documenting billing rate structures, discounts, and OCGs; manage rate loading and changes; compile reports, track AFA/matter budgets, assist billing staff, and ensure compliance with firm financial policies.

The Knowledge Management Attorney will develop strategies for practice management, create knowledge resources, and enhance client service delivery using technology and AI.

Responsible for processing and producing legal documents, utilizing firm applications, ensuring adherence to standards, and maintaining confidentiality of client matters.
