The Knowledge Management Attorney will develop strategies for practice management, create knowledge resources, and enhance client service delivery using technology and AI.

Lead lateral partner recruiting and integration across offices: identify and evaluate partner candidates, manage search processes and communications, develop onboarding and integration programs, support market research and pipeline reporting, and collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure successful partner hires.
