Handle high-volume routine and complex research requests, create alerts, package and present findings, assist with new research tools implementation, and contribute to attorney training and orientation programs.

Design, architect, and lead implementation of enterprise-scale infrastructure and cloud (Azure/AWS) solutions. Define standards, reference architectures, and roadmaps; lead projects, provide escalated support, documentation, training, and vendor coordination for hybrid, on‑prem, and cloud environments.
