Teams at WEKA

Partners with enterprise customers and technology partners to explain WEKA’s technical value, conduct evaluations, configure systems, and deliver product demos and architecture presentations. Advises customers on performance improvements, supports RFPs and technical documentation, communicates feedback to product and R&D teams, and serves as a hands-on subject matter expert in high-performance storage, filesystems, Linux, networking, and cloud environments.

Own enterprise sales growth across the East by building pipeline, acquiring new logos, managing customer relationships, and accelerating adoption of WEKA’s AI infrastructure and storage solutions. Partner with strategic and VAR partners on joint opportunities, collaborate across product, support, and sales engineering throughout the sales cycle, and engage senior leadership. This quota-carrying hunter role requires IT sales experience, technical knowledge of storage and networking, strong communication, and travel for client meetings and industry events.

Owns end-to-end delivery of complex customer infrastructure builds lasting 90–120 days. Coordinates customers, OEMs, infrastructure partners, integrators, and internal teams; manages schedules, scope, risks, dependencies, budgets, change control, phased acceptance, and operational handoffs. Leads executive communications, resolves blockers, improves professional services methodologies, mentors engagement managers, and supports customer growth opportunities.
