The role requires strong organization, discretion, proactive problem-solving, multitasking, deadline management, and advanced Microsoft Office skills in a hybrid environment requiring at least four days per week in the office.

Review and advise on marketing materials for registered funds to ensure compliance with Investment Company Act, SEC Marketing Rule, FINRA Rule 2210, and Rule 482. Draft disclosures, conduct compliance testing, monitor regulatory developments, assess marketing compliance risks, coordinate with global compliance teams, deliver training, maintain policies and applications, and support examinations and stakeholder communications.

Lead content strategy, creation, and digital experience for private markets. Produce multi-format thought leadership, manage editorial workflows and compliance, partner with investment, sales, and marketing teams, and optimize distribution and performance using analytics and modern (including AI-enabled) content tools to support fundraising and brand objectives.

Lead Wellington's market data program, managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, onboarding/renewals, inventory and invoice workflows, licensing/reporting compliance, budgeting, and system improvements (Optimize Spend, ServiceNow). Provide stakeholder support, training, and drive process improvements to maximize value and control costs.

Join the Venture Growth Evergreen team to source, underwrite, and execute growth and venture secondary transactions (LP, GP-led, directs). Core work includes deal-level financial modeling, diligence, drafting investment memos, and collaborating across Private Investments. Requires managing multiple deals in a fast-paced environment and contributing investment insight across sectors.

Originates, underwrites, structures, executes and monitors privately placed, structured and asset-backed debt securities. Performs collateral and cash-flow analysis, legal documentation review, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring. Develops investment recommendations, oversees covenant compliance and amendments/restructurings, and builds relationships with issuers, banks, sponsors, and internal legal and investment teams.

Support development, launch, and ongoing management of Wellington's 1940 Act fund range. Coordinate stakeholders across legal, compliance, operations, tax, and sales; track launch plans and governance; draft regulatory/disclosure documentation; identify process improvements; support fund changes and ad hoc platform-scaling projects while building subject-matter expertise in US Wealth fund structures and regulations.

Lead end-to-end, multi-channel marketing campaigns for private investing (PE, VC, private credit). Develop positioning, messaging, brand narrative, and scalable processes. Manage external agencies, partner with analytics to measure performance, deliver market insights, and collaborate cross-functionally to support fundraising, investor engagement, and content integration.

Lead architecture for product teams by translating business goals into scalable, secure, resilient solution designs. Guide implementation, define integration and data architectures, enforce governance, partner with product and platform teams, and drive technical roadmaps and operational excellence.

Lead and optimize financing for private credit with focus on commercial real estate debt. Manage financing outreach, negotiate repo/warehouse/subscription and loan-on-loan structures, coordinate post-close compliance, maintain covenant tracking, support operational/process design, and build lender and investor relationships across internal stakeholders.
