Conduct equity research on mid-cap banks by analyzing financial statements, industry and market data, building financial models and databases, and authoring research content with the Senior Analyst. Develop company and industry expertise, attend relevant events, cultivate industry relationships, communicate investment conclusions, collaborate across research teams, and comply with financial industry regulations and licensing requirements.

Leads the design, development, and operation of Java and Spring Boot microservices supporting real-time pricing, risk, P&L, and trade lifecycle workflows. Builds low-latency, resilient systems; owns testing, code quality, CI/CD, DevOps, and production readiness; troubleshoots performance issues; partners with trading and product teams; and mentors engineers.

Provides on-site, end-to-end desktop, voice, and technology operations support for trading floors and investment banking teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, software, virtual desktops, cloud telephony, and job failures; managing deployments, scripts, escalation procedures, risk controls, and vendor relationships; documenting issues and communicating status; and mentoring junior staff. The role requires rotating shifts, on-call availability, and work in a 24/7 environment.
