Field-based consultant supporting hospital and laboratory customers across the New York territory. Installs, validates, and trains users on Werfen analyzers; provides clinical and technical support, education, product demonstrations, and regulatory guidance. Maintains customer accounts, supports data management systems, assists with revenue growth and sales leads, manages documentation and reporting, and coordinates go-live activities. Requires laboratory or clinical experience, strong communication and technical skills, and approximately 80% travel.
