Lead development and execution of the bank's 3-year strategic plan, partnering with executives to prioritize initiatives, align KPIs/KRIs and budgets, integrate strategy with capital, risk, technology and operational planning, evaluate market and competitive trends, and support executive reviews. Drive intake, alignment, and prioritization of enterprise initiatives, advise on transformation efforts, and manage cross-functional stakeholder expectations. Role requires periodic travel for offsite planning and industry events.

Analyze, structure, underwrite, and coordinate closing of commercial loans; monitor credit risk and portfolio performance; prepare financing requests for approval; ensure regulatory and policy compliance; support Relationship Managers and provide customer service.

Lead collateral controls for lender finance: track and verify documentation, coordinate third-party audits, reconcile trustee reports, perform counterparty due diligence, manage risk technology and vendors, and build a growing collateral monitoring team to inform credit decisions.
