Serve as the primary continuity contact for students from Orientation through their first year: coach students, coordinate cohort scheduling and community programming, run outreach campaigns to reduce attrition, manage logistics and cross-functional coordination, track engagement data to identify interventions, and contribute to orientation and communications content to foster connection and belonging in online communities.
