Provide individual counseling and case management for residents with severe persistent mental illness. Conduct assessments, crisis intervention, goal planning, referrals to community resources, documentation, group facilitation, and coordinate with property management and collateral agencies. May require after-hours emergency follow-up and local travel.

Lead and supervise workshop facilitators delivering intensive employment readiness, case management, and supportive services to participants facing barriers. Develop and deliver curriculum, assess needs, coordinate referrals and placements, track outcomes, build employer/community partnerships, maintain records, and ensure program compliance and reporting.

Supervise and support case management team in a men's homeless shelter: manage intake and assessments, ensure quality documentation and referrals, provide crisis intervention, build community partnerships, review casework data, and recommend program improvements.
