Leads client partnerships, creator marketing campaign delivery, account growth, and client service operations. Manages and mentors the Client Services team, oversees contracts, budgets, campaign reconciliation, reporting, and cross-functional workflows. Acts as a senior client liaison and escalation point while supporting pitches, creator negotiations, and strategic social media programs across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. Requires strong agency or brand experience, leadership, creator economy knowledge, and successful delivery of large client accounts.

Manage creator and client relationships throughout social and influencer campaigns. Responsibilities include sourcing and vetting creators, negotiating and onboarding partnerships, developing briefs, reviewing content for quality and compliance, scheduling and monitoring posts, tracking timelines and budgets, and preparing campaign reports. The role also requires staying current on creator-economy trends and supporting client satisfaction through effective collaboration and campaign execution.

Develop and expand a slate of premium unscripted television and streaming formats, docuseries, and creator-led projects. Responsibilities include generating concepts, developing talent relationships, creating treatments and pitch materials, leading casting and development shoots, packaging projects, pitching buyers, and advancing projects from initial idea through sale and production handoff. The role also tracks marketplace trends and collaborates with talent, marketing, PR, legal, producers, agents, and networks.
