Lead strategy, roadmap, and GTM for Ting Data Products. Define and ship scalable data products (APIs, feeds, files, dashboards), run customer discovery with utility teams, partner with engineering/design, and measure product and business impact while building repeatable practices.

Coordinate and execute monthly vendor and user access reviews. Maintain records in Vanta and Jira, track remediation items, collect evidence, produce monthly closeout summaries, escalate blockers, and support the security/compliance owner to ensure timely completion of recurring compliance tasks.

Provide phone and email support for Ting customers, troubleshoot root causes, document and report technical issues, use ticketing systems, liaise across departments, prioritize tasks in a fast-paced remote environment, and assist Engineering by testing software and hardware.
