Manage customer data-product programs from kickoff through launch and ongoing operation. Coordinate onboarding, product and data access, documentation, training, launch readiness, recurring reviews, issue resolution, reporting, and customer success. Serve as the primary customer contact while coordinating Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and subject-matter experts. Track milestones, risks, dependencies, adoption, feedback, and outcomes, and help customers derive value from Ting’s utility data products.

Build and grow Ting Data Services markets across utilities, public safety, government, commercial, and insurance sectors. Generate and close complex B2B and public-sector opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and channels, lead solution selling, manage pilots and procurement processes, negotiate contracts, and maintain pipeline forecasts. Translate technical data products into business value while collaborating with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Legal, and Operations.

The Senior Director of Brand and Product Marketing will lead branding, product marketing strategies, and oversee creative content while managing teams and partnerships to strengthen Ting's market position.
