Design and build AI safety product interfaces from Figma concepts through production React code. Own the design system across Figma and code, including tokens, components, variants, documentation, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and motion. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and research teams, prototype with real data, identify inconsistencies, and ship polished user experiences for technical workflows.

Designs White Circle’s visual identity across websites, products, and brand campaigns. Responsibilities include landing pages, visual systems, graphics, illustrations, motion concepts, dynamic experiences, and creative direction. The designer collaborates with product, engineering, and research teams to bring concepts into production, working independently from early ideas through polished execution. The role values strong web and brand design skills, responsive layouts, typography, visual systems, and interest in AI and software.

Own White Circle’s content strategy and editorial direction across technical and non-technical channels. Create case studies, customer stories, thought leadership, launch narratives, and educational content about AI safety, evaluation, governance, and reliability. Interview customers and technical stakeholders, support sales and positioning, maintain founder communications, and build scalable content production and distribution processes.
