Teams at Whitney Museum of American Art

Lead development and stewardship of corporate sponsorships for exhibitions, programs, and marquee events. Manage a portfolio, secure new partners, fulfill benefits, create proposals and reports, coordinate activations with internal teams, represent the Museum externally, and mentor Corporate Partnerships staff while managing revenue, forecasting, and databases.

Support teen-focused museum education by assisting with in-person programs, preparing and organizing art materials and digital files, performing administrative tasks (data tracking, signage, outreach), and helping with marketing and program research. Gain training in inquiry-based teaching, data visualization, and exhibition-related program development.

Manage day-to-day operations of the Whitney Museum's Independent Study Program, coordinating curriculum, seminars, studio visits, admissions, events, alumni relations, budgets, payments, and cross-department collaboration while supporting the ISP Director and maintaining confidentiality.
