Perform and enforce GMP and SSOPs, conduct sanitation inspections, assist QA Inspectors, perform product and environmental sampling, maintain HACCP and testing records, manage non-conformance procedures, train QA staff, and support corrective actions in a food manufacturing environment.

Provide and stage products from warehouses to pack rooms to keep production lines filled and operational. Verify lot codes, quantities, and product condition, complete paperwork, maintain clean/sanitary work areas, follow safety and company policies, and perform basic machine and measurement tasks.
