Provides hands-on traffic operations and product support for NHL broadcast properties. Responsibilities include processing orders, building and finalizing broadcast logs, managing copy and materials, coordinating schedule changes, monitoring inventory, reconciling as-run logs, supporting billing workflows, investigating product issues, and communicating with clients and internal teams. The role requires live sports broadcast experience, WO Traffic expertise, accuracy under deadline pressure, and occasional support outside standard hours.

Design and document scalable ad‑tech solutions, lead discovery and demos, integrate WideOrbit products with third‑party systems, advise clients on workflows and best practices, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Professional Services to drive adoption and measurable business value.
