Lead and manage outreach operations for the NYC Accelerator program to drive market engagement and program participation. Lead and coach a NYC sales team of lead generators and energy advisors to meet energy savings and revenue targets. Manage pipelines, quotas, forecasting, client relationships, training on efficiency measures, coordinate with operations and marketing, and ensure reporting and data compliance.

Sell and manage complex energy-efficiency, decarbonization, and design-build projects for MUSH and commercial clients in the NYC metro. Lead capture and proposal development, coordinate engineering and estimating teams, advise on Local Law 97 and decarbonization pathways, conduct facility walkthroughs and utility-data analysis, and manage customer relationships, CRM/ERP records, and regional travel for site visits and client meetings.
