Lead and manage outreach operations for the NYC Accelerator program to drive market engagement and program participation. Develop and execute outreach strategies, manage outreach pipeline and KPIs (using Salesforce), lead a team and subcontractors, build stakeholder relationships, represent the program at events, and coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure smooth handoffs to Case Management and continuous improvement of outreach performance.

Coordinate multifamily energy efficiency projects in NYC: manage intake and contractor communication, review inspections and documentation, track projects in Willdan's data systems, ensure program compliance, monitor reporting and progress, and support stakeholders throughout project lifecycle.

Lead and supervise the engineering team to ensure timely engineering reviews and program delivery. Manage workloads, assign projects, resolve bottlenecks, track projects on hold, coordinate with account/project managers and contractors, implement standardized workflows, monitor KPIs and quality metrics, forecast resource needs, and drive continuous process and quality improvements.
