Defend product liability and complex tort matters by managing litigation cases from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and client memoranda; attend hearings, depositions, trials and mediations; negotiate settlements; and collaborate with colleagues under senior attorney supervision.

Manage complex insurance claims and coverage matters from notice through resolution. Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages across professional and specialty liability lines; draft coverage opinions and reservation/denial letters; coordinate outside counsel; prepare exposure/reserve reports; negotiate settlements and participate in mediation; advise clients, carriers, and partners on risk mitigation and claims-handling strategies.

Manage insurance defense and general liability litigation from intake through trial, including depositions, motion practice, court appearances, witness preparation, trial exhibits, client communication, and collaborative case strategy with partners and team members.

Lead incident response for cybersecurity and data privacy incidents, advise clients and carriers, oversee forensics and third-party vendors, draft breach notices and policies, respond to regulatory investigations and defend privacy lawsuits, supervise junior attorneys, and manage budgets and client communications.

Defend nationwide privacy and data-breach class actions, manage litigation strategy and timelines, draft and argue dispositive motions, handle discovery and depositions, coordinate with experts, participate in mediations, and prepare settlement papers for court approval.

Provide legal incident response for cybersecurity and data breaches: analyze applicable privacy laws, draft breach notices and crisis communications, oversee forensics and vendors, respond to regulators, advise clients and prepare reports and budgets.

Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, including drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, conducting legal research, overseeing e-discovery, taking and defending depositions, representing clients in hearings and mediations, and collaborating with clients and experts to develop strategy and meet deadlines.

Manage a litigation caseload from start to finish defending general liability, premises liability, personal injury, tort, and insurance defense matters. Handle court appearances, depositions, client communications, and collaborate with partners and attorneys. Gain exposure to trucking, construction, and transportation litigation and possibly OSHA and NY Construction Law issues.

Manage a nationwide litigation caseload and national claims program, lead discovery strategy and execution, conduct investigations, identify and mitigate discovery risks, partner with clients and colleagues on case strategy, improve discovery processes, and handle high-volume, multi-jurisdictional matters in a fast-paced environment.
