Handle appellate matters from initiation through completion, draft appellate motions and applications, negotiate stipulations regarding briefing schedules and appellate records, conduct legal research, and support trial teams with motions in limine, summary judgment motions, and post-trial motions.

Defend product liability and complex tort matters by managing litigation cases from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and client memoranda; attend hearings, depositions, trials and mediations; negotiate settlements; and collaborate with colleagues under senior attorney supervision.
