Own full-cycle sales and new business growth for a specialized industry vertical. Responsibilities include consultative discovery, risk exposure analysis, proposal development, pipeline generation, deal execution, client onboarding, and relationship management. The role is quota-carrying and requires close collaboration with BDR and Risk Management teams, along with a strong industry network and expertise in commercial insurance or enterprise consultative sales.

Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, data, and other technical roles, including senior and leadership searches. Advise hiring managers on role design, leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles; source passive talent; close candidates; manage Greenhouse pipelines; improve interview processes; track recruiting metrics; build scalable recruiting practices; and mentor Talent team members.

Own product development from operational problem discovery through production. Partner with business teams, design, and engineering to simplify complex workflows, define requirements and success metrics, build AI-native solutions, drive execution, measure outcomes, and establish scalable product practices. The role is onsite in New York and focuses on B2B software, internal tools, and operations-heavy products.
