Lead development, negotiation, and execution of brand partnerships for IMG Models. Build and manage relationships with brands and agencies, oversee deal memos and campaign delivery, mentor junior staff, collaborate with legal/finance and cross-functional teams, and track partnership performance and revenue targets.

Provide administrative support to finance leaders including calendar and travel management, heavy phone handling, internal and external liaison, maintaining online filing systems, filing/distribution, and special projects. Provide administrative support to IMG Models business leaders: manage calls and email triage, scheduling and calendar updates, travel coordination, expense reporting, project assistance, and maintain portfolio and booking logs. Conduct industry research and handle ad-hoc tasks to support shifting business needs.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications and APIs using React, TypeScript, Next.js and Node.js. Own features end-to-end, collaborate with product and design, improve CI/CD and developer tooling, migrate legacy systems, and mentor junior engineers while leveraging AI-assisted development.

Provide transactional legal support for Brand Strategy, drafting and negotiating commercial, marketing, sponsorship, licensing, talent, and digital agreements; advise on IP, FTC and guild compliance; manage contractual obligations, risks, and cross-functional deal execution; improve contract administration and support strategic initiatives.

Owner of cloud infrastructure and reliability for a cloud-native platform: design and maintain Azure/Terraform infrastructure, manage Kubernetes/Helm deployments, build CI/CD pipelines and observability, operate PostgreSQL at scale, lead incident response and support migration from legacy .NET/MSSQL to modern services.

Provide administrative support to a Manager: screen calls and emails, manage artist bookings and calendars, create estimates and deal memos, oversee billing and expense reporting, coordinate travel, assist on projects, research industry items, and handle confidential information while prioritizing deadlines.
