Lead development, negotiation, and execution of brand partnerships for IMG Models. Build and manage relationships with brands and agencies, oversee deal memos and campaign delivery, mentor junior staff, collaborate with legal/finance and cross-functional teams, and track partnership performance and revenue targets.

Provide administrative support to finance leaders including calendar and travel management, heavy phone handling, internal and external liaison, maintaining online filing systems, filing/distribution, and special projects. Maintain confidentiality and strong written and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Provide administrative support to IMG Models business leaders: manage calls and email triage, scheduling and calendar updates, travel coordination, expense reporting, project assistance, and maintain portfolio and booking logs. Conduct industry research and handle ad-hoc tasks to support shifting business needs.
