Owner of cloud infrastructure and reliability for a distributed microservices platform: design and maintain Azure infrastructure with Terraform, manage Kubernetes/Helm deployments, build CI/CD pipelines and observability, operate PostgreSQL at scale, lead incident response and postmortems, and support migration from legacy .NET/MSSQL to a cloud-native stack.

Provide transactional legal support for Brand Strategy, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements (agency, licensing, sponsorship, talent, influencer, digital), advising on IP, FTC and guild compliance, managing contractual obligations, partnering with business, finance and compliance teams, and improving contract administration and document-management processes.
