Partners with Finance and operational leaders to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and profitability improvements. Build scalable full-stack web applications, APIs, and services supporting relationship, deal, and workflow management. Design systems using React, TypeScript, Next.js, and Node.js; contribute to architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and developer tooling; and partner with product and design teams. The role includes modernizing legacy applications, developing AI-powered features, translating operational needs into technical solutions, and mentoring early-career engineers.

Manage speaker engagements from acceptance through event completion, coordinating clients, speaker offices, vendors, internal teams, travel, approvals, contracts, timelines, briefing materials, and expenses. Serve as the primary liaison for event logistics, provide research and vetting support, communicate contractual requirements, and deliver post-event recaps. The role requires client relationship management, VIP event experience, strong organization, communication, problem-solving, and availability during evenings or weekends during busy periods.
