Lead Wolf & Badger’s US and global PR strategy, building top-tier media coverage, creator relationships, events, and commercial partnerships. Represent the brand in New York, manage PR and partnership budgets, coordinate UK and US teams, and develop activations around stores, pop-ups, and fashion events. Success is measured through brand awareness, media share of voice, creator reach, customer acquisition, and revenue. The role requires a senior communicator with strong fashion, lifestyle, retail, sustainability, and US media networks.

Support brand acquisition and success across North America by prospecting, qualifying, pitching, onboarding, and managing independent fashion and lifestyle brands. Maintain the HubSpot pipeline, build partner relationships, coordinate promotions and events, identify upselling opportunities, and support retention. The role combines B2B sales, account management, outreach strategy, CRM administration, and cross-functional collaboration, with occasional evening or weekend support for New York events.
