Serve as a presales trusted advisor crafting enterprise SaaS solution strategies for Professional Services customers. Lead complex platform opportunities, create solution maps, identify system dependencies and integrations, and advise sales and cross-functional teams to differentiate Workday technology and build long-term customer relationships.

Manage and grow relationships within existing major accounts to drive add-on, renewal, and strategic Workday solution sales. Perform account planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, run long sales cycles, and upsell via consultative deal management.

The Account Executive for FSI will drive new customer growth by developing strategies, managing relationships, and negotiating deals with C-level executives in assigned territories.
