Lead and operationalize the Corporate Legal department by building scalable legal operations, workflows, and governance. Manage legal billing and outside counsel, ensure regulatory compliance, oversee entity and IP governance, coordinate litigation and asset resolution, and partner cross-functionally with Finance and leadership to identify and mitigate legal risks while driving efficiency and process improvements.

Provide legal, regulatory, compliance, governance, and transactional counsel across the company. Support loan origination, contracts, corporate transactions, litigation management, and risk mitigation. Partner with senior leadership to align legal strategy with business objectives and maintain compliance frameworks and corporate governance.
