Leads global financial strategy, planning, budgeting, accounting, investments, risk management, procurement, contracts, and M&A support for a $100M nonprofit social enterprise. Advises the CEO, executive team, and Board; oversees finance and investment teams; manages international compliance, audits, financial systems, vendor frameworks, and investment policies; and builds high-performing, data-driven teams aligned with organizational growth and social impact.

Owns month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities, financial statement preparation, reconciliations, journal entries, audit support, and reporting. Manages intercompany accounting, multi-entity consolidation, foreign currency accounting, statutory reporting, and investment accounting. The role partners with the Controller and global Finance team to resolve accounting issues, maintain documentation, support compliance, and improve processes.

Supports WES’s mission-aligned investment portfolio through opportunity origination, market research, financial and impact due diligence, modeling, portfolio monitoring, valuation, reporting, and investment memo preparation. The role also improves investment processes, manages project and CRM systems, develops knowledge-management practices, and supports partner engagement, organizational strategy, and thought leadership.
