Teams at Wounded Warrior Project

Leads Wounded Warrior Project’s national community engagement, grassroots advocacy, constituent affairs, and community partnerships portfolio. Develops activation strategies, mobilizes veterans and supporters, strengthens stakeholder relationships, oversees grants and partnerships, translates community insights into organizational decisions, and manages geographically dispersed teams, budgets, performance metrics, and executive communications. The role requires extensive nonprofit, veteran-community, advocacy, partnership, and executive leadership experience, with up to 50% travel.

Provides executive leadership for Wounded Warrior Project’s national healthcare partner network and Warrior Care Network. The role develops network strategy, expands clinical and community partnerships, oversees care quality, outcomes, budgets, contracts, and fiduciary responsibilities, and scales innovative mental and brain health models for veterans and families. It also leads teams, manages executive stakeholders, represents the organization nationally, and supports integrated care delivery across a complex provider ecosystem.

Provides executive leadership for WWP’s Transformation and Suicide Prevention functions. Leads enterprise strategy, innovation, partnerships, governance, and scalable programs focused on veteran mental health, brain health, healthcare delivery, and suicide prevention. Develops organizational capabilities, oversees advisory bodies, evaluates emerging therapies and initiatives, and drives cross-functional execution, performance, and outcomes while building high-performing teams.
