Leads creative vision and campaign development for agency clients across categories. Oversees creative teams, mentors writers and art directors, develops innovative cross-channel concepts, presents work to clients, and collaborates with strategy, account, production, and resourcing teams. The role requires strong advertising experience, creative leadership, campaign architecture expertise, and the ability to manage teams and client relationships in a hybrid New York office environment.

Write and develop integrated advertising concepts and copy across formats (scripts, headlines, OOH). Collaborate with an Art Director and production teams, create presentations, present work to internal teams and clients, and ensure creative integrity within timelines and budgets.

Manage multiple creative projects end-to-end: coordinate cross-functional teams, build and maintain timelines, enforce schedule/scope/resource constraints, facilitate meetings, support SOW and staffing, maintain project systems and communications, and improve processes to deliver work on time and on budget.
