Own and grow a portfolio of SMB advertisers and agencies by advising on X advertising products, executing and optimizing campaigns, analyzing performance data, conducting outreach and business reviews, resolving operational issues, and supporting renewals, billing, collections, and contract processes. Collaborate with sales, product, and finance teams while mentoring newer teammates.

Lead and improve regulated and prohibited content enforcement programs: set detection and automation requirements, translate policy/legal constraints into operational controls and workflows, manage escalations and QA, align cross-functional partners, monitor regulations, and report program performance and risks to leadership.
