The role requires deep capital markets expertise, strong key-account management, enterprise software sales experience, structured sales methodology expertise, and a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota.

Leads product operations and enablement as a strategic partner to the CPO. Owns the product operating model, governance, portfolio management, roadmap prioritization, resource allocation, performance metrics, executive reporting, launch readiness, pricing input, product tools, AI-enabled workflows, and knowledge management. Builds alignment across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance while leading and developing the Product Operations team.
