Provide 100% on-site, face-to-face deskside IT support for a corporate client, specializing in macOS/iOS devices. Troubleshoot and deploy Apple hardware, perform local repairs and data migrations, administer Addigy MDM, support Microsoft 365/Google Workspace and VPNs, maintain documentation and tickets, and deliver white-glove support to VIPs while acting as the on-site liaison to the MSP service desk.

Provide technical support for Windows and Mac OS, including troubleshooting, network support, system maintenance, and user support in a hybrid environment.
