Lead Xsolla's capital formation and investor relations from New York: source and close institutional, sovereign, and public-market capital; build IR capability and disclosure discipline; craft investor messaging; advise on capital structure and transactions; manage investor relationships, roadshows, and advisors; recruit and lead a capital markets/IR team while partnering across finance, legal, and founders.

Lead the development of Xsolla's brand partnerships, establishing commercial strategies, closing deals, and influencing product direction to create new revenue streams and partnerships with brands and agencies.

Provide strategic legal counsel on corporate, commercial, fintech, crypto, and securities matters. Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements; support M&A and regulatory compliance; advise on digital asset offerings and securities implications; monitor SEC/CFTC/FinCEN developments; develop policies and training; represent the company in legal proceedings and regulatory inquiries; and mentor junior legal team members.
