Lead commercial and cost performance for major construction programmes, define commercial standards, partner with data scientists to build insights, report to stakeholders, identify risks/opportunities, and shape the commercial product offering.

Serve as the primary client contact embedding an AR construction platform on-site. Drive adoption, build trust with field teams and senior stakeholders, surface risks, support retention and expansion, and relay client feedback to Product and Operations.

Lead client relationships for construction projects using XYZ Reality's AR platform. Drive adoption from onboarding to long-term value, translate field data for stakeholders, grow and coach the Customer Success team, support retention and expansion, and feed client insights into product and operations.
