Lead strategy, operations, and security for a national, multi-site nonprofit. Own MSP/vendor relationships, ServiceNow platform, incident response, and AI-driven automation to improve service delivery and security posture. Manage a team of direct reports plus MSP resources, drive infrastructure initiatives and compliance, and serve as executive liaison and student mentor.

Lead enterprise talent acquisition strategy and operations, partner with executives on workforce planning, build scalable recruiting programs, leverage data and AI-enabled tools, oversee employer branding, and manage and develop TA team while supporting student coaching and hybrid site engagement.

Support site operations by improving processes, managing vendors, facilities, supplies, and expense reporting (Concur). Provide administrative and project support, coordinate logistics, assist IT and Executive Director, and mentor students as part of the learning community.
